Favorite Searches – ‘All My Groups’ Loading Issue

We fixed an issue where public favorite searches, in ATS environments with a large number of users, could fail to load when viewing for all departments (using the 'All My Groups' filter). Favorite searches now load reliably and more efficiently when viewing via the 'All My Groups' filter.
